I gather all the relevant information (CVs, past BD efforts, firm goals) and hold a 1-on-1 or team strategy session to guide the content or campaign direction.

Step 4: Execution

We get to work—whether that’s optimizing your profile, building your BD strategy, or facilitating a workshop. Regular check-ins ensure alignment throughout.

Step 5: Feedback & Finalization

I deliver the draft or completed work and incorporate your feedback for a polished, professional result.

Step 6: Ongoing Support (Optional)

Choose a retainer plan for monthly BD support, additional team trainings, or future profile and content refreshes.
